Rachael is a career fundraiser with 16 years of experience in the nonprofit sector at leading charities in Australia and the UK.  

As the Head of Supporter Mobilisation at WWF-Australia, Rachael is driven by a passion for enhancing the supporter experience and pioneering innovative approaches. She leads a team that inspires, engages and mobilises a community of supporters to take action to support nature.  

Rachael is a co-founder and committee member of the Australian Philanthropy Network and participated in the Observership program to develop and share her skills with NFP board leadership. She has been actively involved with FIA, serving on the NSW State Committee and the current FIA Conference Committee. In 2025 Rachael became a Fellow of the FIA.
