What are the closing dates for Early bird registration options?
  • Early bird registration – from Thursday 15 January to Thursday 19 February 2026 
  • Standard registration – from Friday 20 February to Wednesday 18 March 2026
Who is eligible for member rates?   

Members named on a paid F&P individual or organisational membership qualify for a 20% discount off the non-member price. The quoted ‘Member’ prices on the pricing information page of the website are the discounted prices. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional discount offer. Members have been emailed a promo code to enable the discount – please do not share this promo code with non-members. Once you have clicked on ‘member’ at the bottom of the ‘registration page’ a box will pop-up for you to enter your promo code. If you need to check your membership status, please email us at membership@fandp.com.au or login to your account on fandp.com.au

Will this conference Be recorded?

Yes, you will receive a link in the post-conference communications. You will be able to view any session you missed and/or review any other session.

What is included in My Registration?
  • Online access to the AI Summit on 19 March. 
  • PDF of PowerPoint slide decks from all presentations.  
  • Recordings of all the sessions. (So you can view sessions you may have missed on demand)
ARE THERE ANY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS TO ATTEND THE SUMMIT ONLINE?
  • Browser: Google Chrome is recommended as the browser to view the sessions. If links open in a different browser, please copy the link and paste it into Chrome. If Chrome is unavailable, Microsoft Edge can be used. Please note, Safari is not an accepted browser for the event system.
  • Audio Connection: If you cannot hear the conference audio, please check that your headphones and headset are connected.
  • Internet: Is your internet connection working correctly? If you are using a WIFI connection, the portal will still work but depending on your connection speed, you may experience a lower download quality. When viewing, if you notice sessions or speakers are slow to appear or are freezing, this is due to a low internet connection on the user's computer. 
  • Smartphones: It's recommended to join the conference using a computer not a smartphone device.
  • Access: If you cannot hear or see, your browser extensions or organisation's firewalls might be blocking something. Please try to open the event in Incognito/private mode. This can be done in Chrome by clicking on the 3 dots on the top right of Chrome and selecting Incognito mode. You can also press CTRL + SHIFT + N on Windows or Press  + SHIFT + N on a MAC to open a new Incognito browser.
When will I receive log-in details for the SUMMIT?

Final information regarding the summit, including login details will be emailed to all registered attendees two working days prior to the conference. Please make sure that we have the correct email address for the attending person if your registration was made by someone other than the person attending. 

Can I cancel my registration?   

If you wish to cancel, and you do so by 5pm AEST Tuesday 17 February 2026, you will be charged a cancellation fee which is 50% of the registration fee. 

Cancellations received after this date will not receive a refund. However you can transfer your registration to another person for this conference. People wishing to transfer their registration must notify us with the name and contact details of the person who will attend in their place.
