The quoted ‘Member’ prices on the pricing information page of the website are the discounted prices. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional discount offer. Members have been emailed a promo code to enable the discount – please do not share this promo code with non-members. Once you have clicked on ‘member’ at the bottom of the ‘registration page’ a box will pop-up for you to enter your promo code. Yes, you will receive a link in the post-conference communications. You will be able to view any session you missed and/or review any other session.
Final information regarding the summit, including login details will be emailed to all registered attendees two working days prior to the conference. Please make sure that we have the correct email address for the attending person if your registration was made by someone other than the person attending.
If you wish to cancel, and you do so by 5pm AEST Tuesday 17 February 2026, you will be charged a cancellation fee which is 50% of the registration fee.
Cancellations received after this date will not receive a refund. However you can transfer your registration to another person for this conference. People wishing to transfer their registration must notify us with the name and contact details of the person who will attend in their place.
