As a People and Culture professional of more than 8 years, Maddie has experience across a range of organisations, including within an AI startup in its high growth phase. Maddie brings a strong understanding of organisational dynamics, employee experience and inclusive workplace practices. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in Human Resources and Sociology, from the University of Auckland, and is passionate about using AI to support organisational growth and impact with human centred-design at the forefront.
